Southern Maine Ace Locations Team Up for Another Fantastic Golf Tournament to Support Local Kids

On August 16th, a group of 16 local Ace Hardware locations teamed up for the 4th annual Golf Scramble to benefit The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital (BBCH). As always, the event was complete with amazing player gifts and raffle prizes galore, thanks to the support of many Ace vendors.

This year’s “sweet” addition to the event was a BBCH Miracle Family who joined us to host a lemonade stand on the course.

Bryce and Nora Cameron were both diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth. They’ve come to rely on BBCH as their 2nd home, particularly during the winter season when respiratory issues become more common. Their mom, Meghan spoke during the golf tournament luncheon to share the daily details of what it means to raise kids with cystic fibrosis. Their family made this year’s tournament even more meaningful and inspiring to those who joined us!
