Two Maine Ace Stores Place 6th and 21st in Nationwide Contest during the 2020 Holiday Campaign

During the 2020 Holiday season, your local Ace stores in Maine and New Hampshire participated in a round up campaign benefitting The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. In addition to the round up campaign, 1,400 Ace stores across the country competed in the Power Up the Miracles contest, sponsored by vendor partner Duracell. This contest awarded additional money to the top 30 stores with the highest percentage of round up donations. We are very excited to announce that two of our Ace stores made the list!
Falmouth Ace Hardware and Coastal Hardware Inc. ranked 6th and 21st in the Power Up the Miracles contest, respectively. Because of their efforts, Falmouth Ace Hardware won an additional $4,000 for BBCH and Coastal Hardware Inc. nabbed $1,500. Congratulations!
As for the round up donations during the holiday campaign: Falmouth Ace Hardware raised $3,264, and Coastal Hardware Inc. raised $3,926. Bringing Falmouth’s grand total to $7,264 and Coastal Hardware’s to $5,426!
