The 16th Annual Cares for Kids Radiothon Sets a New Fundraising Record
The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital (BBCH) is excited to announce that the 16th Annual Cares for Kids Radiothon, presented by Rowe Westbrook & Rowe Auburn was a record-breaking success! From March 11th to March 13th, our friends at 107.5 Frank FM and 99.9 The Wolf broadcasted 32 hours of inspirational patient stories and live interviews. We are happy to announce the Cares for Kids Radiothon raised a grand total of $471,486!
Yes, you read that number correctly! This year’s grand total of $471,486 set a new fundraising record, surpassing last year’s total of $383,697. We are absolutely blown away by this result.
There are so many people we’d like to thank. To our friends at 107.5 Frank FM and 99.9 The Wolf, thank you for sharing our patient’s stories with your listeners. Thank you for your never-ending enthusiasm for our hospital.

No parent plans on their child being diagnosed with cancer or a rare genetic condition, or needing treatment after a traumatic injury. But when the unexpected occurs, BBCH is here. Thanks to your support during this event, BBCH will continue to provide world-class care to every child and family that comes through our doors.
