Southern Maine Ace Hardware Dealers Host Record Breaking Golf Tournament (Again!)

On August 25th, sixteen Ace Hardware dealers in Southern Maine and New Hampshire combined efforts to host their 3rd annual Golf Scramble to benefit The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. Much to the delight of this year’s participants, there were a few new features at this year’s event:  A pig roast (yes, an actual pig roasting on the spit), a golf cannon and the lovely Miss Maine, Katie Elliott and Miss Maine’s Outstanding Teen, Briley Bell on the course to assist withthe golf cannon. The ongoing commitment and dedication of our local Ace Hardware’s resulted in another record-breaking golf event with $30,541 raised for BBCH!
