Energy drinks and junk food may seem like the right idea to give you that rush, but you risk the dreaded sugar crash. Make sure to mix in some fruit and veggies. Nuts and granola are a great natural source of energy. And don’t forget to drink water. Staying hydrated will keep your energy levels up and help offset the caffeinated drinks. A great time to take a break is to grab a meal and post to your social media accounts to remind friends and family of what you’re doing (and to ask them again to support you).

Get up, move around and refresh your mind and body.
