Taking on the 25 hour marathon can seem like a daunting task. The beauty of Extra Life is that you don’t have to do it all at once.

Don’t push yourself too far, be smart and try these tips for going the distance.
•Take lots of breaks.
•Step outside and get some fresh air.
•Stretch.
•If playing board games, stand up and play a few rounds.
•For video games try sitting in a different chair or on the floor for a bit.

Don’t worry if you cant make it the full 25. Take a nap for a few hours and pick right back up later,  the next day or even another weekend!  Remember: What counts is that you’re showing a commitment to the kids at your local children’s hospital. And they appreciate it more than you will ever know.
